GLOBAL FESTIVAL INAUGURATION (Update at: 07.35PM IST)The Inaugural Programme has started with Cultural Performances, Welcome Dances and Candle Lighting. Shri LK Advani, the opposition leader in Lok Sabha and former Deputy PM of India Inaugurates the Festival along with Dadi Hridaya Mohini Ji, Additional Chief of the Brahma Kumaris saying that spirituality is the answer to all current confusions and problems.
